These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tipsforgainingweight.com (the “Site”), operated by The AI Pulse LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
